Delivery and returns
Delivery. We dispatch in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes 5 to 9 business days after that. There is no delivery charge anywhere in the UK. Delivery details.
Your legal right to cancel. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel for any reason, then 14 days to send the goods back. You pay the cost of returning them. How long does one charge last?
Two to three sessions per charge, depending on the heat and vibration settings you use. A session is ten to fifteen minutes. It charges over USB-C from any charger or port you already own. No plug adapter is included.
Who is it for?
Adults who want to sit down at the end of the day with warmth and a gentle massage on the knee. It is a comfort product for relaxing. It also makes a straightforward gift: it arrives with a USB-C cable and a printed manual.
Will it fit me?
The strap is adjustable hook and loop and fits most adult legs. Most is not all, so if it does not fit you, the 30 day return covers it. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a return address.
Is it noisy?
It is audible in a quiet room. Vibration has three levels, so you can choose how much.
How fast is delivery?
We dispatch in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes 5 to 9 business days after that, so allow 6 to 12 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees. The dates under the Add to basket button are for an order placed today. There is no delivery charge.
What is in the box?
