Cost
Delivery is free on every UK order.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment.
How long it takes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are processed from the next business day.
These are estimates, not guarantees. The law gives us up to 30 days to deliver unless we have agreed something else with you; if we miss that, you can give us a final reasonable deadline and cancel for a full refund if we miss that too.
Tracking
You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder before contacting us.
If your parcel is late, lost or damaged
Until the parcel is in your hands it is our responsibility, not yours. If it has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, email vireliuk@outlook.com and we will chase the carrier and either resend or refund.
If it arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before you unpack any further and send the photographs with your email.
Wrong address
We send to the address given at checkout. Please check it before you pay — once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
