Refund policy
Your legal right to cancel
Because you are buying at a distance, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to change your mind for any reason at all. The 14 days start the day after the order is delivered. Once you have told us you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to have a fault.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee
On top of that legal right, we offer 30 days from delivery. If the Vireli Pulse is not for you, email vireliuk@outlook.com within 30 days and we will send you a return address. Post it back and we will refund what you paid for the device. Return postage is covered by you.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. It does not replace or reduce them.
If something is faulty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If yours is not:
- within 30 days of delivery you can reject it and get a full refund;
- after 30 days and within six months you can ask for a repair or a replacement, and if that fails you can claim a refund or a price reduction;
- after six months the same rights apply, but you may need to show the fault was there when it was delivered.
We pay return postage on faulty goods.
How to return something
- Email vireliuk@outlook.com with your order number and whether you are cancelling, using the guarantee, or reporting a fault.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back. Get proof of postage — until it reaches us it is your responsibility.
Condition of returns
You are welcome to open the box and try the device, exactly as you would in a shop. If it comes back showing more wear than that kind of handling would cause, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. Please return the device, the USB-C cable and the manual.

Refund timescales
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you proving you sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to the original payment method. Under the 14-day cancellation right we also refund standard outbound delivery where it was charged; we do not refund any upgrade to a faster service.
