How the contract is formed

Adding something to your basket is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil the order, because the item is out of stock or a price was displayed wrongly, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken on Shopify's secure checkout. We do not collect or store card details on this site at any point.

We try to keep prices accurate. If an obvious pricing error slips through, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you before processing the order.

A discount code reduces the price at checkout and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. A code has no cash value.

Delivery

See the Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

Cancellation and returns

See Returns and cancellations, which sets out your 14 day legal right to cancel, our separate 30 day promise, and your rights if something is faulty.

What the Vireli Pulse is

Vireli Pulse is a general wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, speak to your doctor before using it.

Use it as set out in the printed manual that comes with it.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or physical harm caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, because this site is for consumers.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Using this site

The content, wordmark and design of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered.

Complaints and disputes

Email vireliuk@outlook.com and we will respond within five business days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
