How the contract is formed
Adding something to your basket is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil the order — the item is out of stock, or a price was displayed wrongly — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken on Shopify's secure checkout. We do not collect or store card details on this site at any point.
We try to keep prices accurate. If an obvious pricing error slips through, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price; we will contact you before processing the order.
Delivery
See the Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
Cancellation and returns
See the Refund policy, which sets out your 14-day legal right to cancel, our 30-day guarantee, and your rights if something is faulty.
What the Vireli Pulse is
Vireli Pulse is a general wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, speak to your doctor before using it.
Use it as set out in the manual. Do not use it while asleep, on broken skin, or while charging.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses — this site is for consumers.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Using this site
The content, wordmark and design of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. We may change these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered.
Complaints and disputes
Email vireliuk@outlook.com and we will respond within [5] business days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
