How we handle reviews

Reviews on this site are there to help the next person decide. This is the policy we follow to keep them honest.

Who can leave a review

We only publish reviews from people who bought from us. Where we have confirmed that a reviewer bought the Vireli Pulse, the review is marked "Verified buyer". A review without that mark has not been confirmed.

What we never do

We never write, buy or commission reviews, and we never ask anyone else to. We do not publish reviews from friends or family trying to help, and we do not copy reviews from other sites.

Good and bad reviews

We publish negative reviews as well as positive ones. We never hide a review, or edit it to change its meaning, because it is critical. We may remove a review only if it breaks this policy, for example because it is fake, abusive, unlawful or about something other than the product or our service.

Reviews given in return for something

If we ever offer something in return for a review, such as a discount, that review is clearly labelled next to the review itself with the words "Received a discount for leaving this review". Offering something never changes whether a review is published.

How the rating is worked out

The average rating and the number of reviews shown on the site are calculated from every published review. They are not typed in by hand.

Report a review you think is fake

Email vireliuk@outlook.com with a link or a description of the review and why you think it is not genuine. We investigate, and we remove anything that breaks this policy.
